Danville, Martinsville, Roanoke, VA Camaro Meet and Greet

GrandAmGT reached out to me va Facebook asking if there were a Camaro group in the Danville, Martinsville, Roanoke VA area. My answer was I don't think so, but maybe we should try to arrange a cars and coffee type get together.

There are two locations in Martinsville where this could happen. One would be the Patrick Henry Motorsports College or right down the street at my shop. We could cruise to the Philpot Dam. If you are interested, please post up and we'll try to work out the details.

Pass this along. Tell a friend.

I'm a member of the 5th Gen. Camaro of The Carolina's and live up here in South Boston. I would be interested for sure. To do much with the club I must travel 125-150 miles one way. Keep me posted. Michael

What can we do that would appeal to the 5th Gen owner?
Cars and Coffee that rotates, say Roanoke, Danville and Martinsville?
Do we need an autocross event, Camaros only?
A how and Shine?
Blue Rig Parkway Cruise?

Maybe a winery rendezvous? https://www.hamletvineyards.com/our-place.cfm

We are doing the Blue Ridge Parkway again this 17 & 19 to Cherokee. We also do the Tail of the Dragon each year and that's the greatest 11-12 mile run with I think 318 turns. I would not do a winery rendezvous, did plenty in my younger days out in the Napa Valley of Calif. & a number of Beer places too. Today I don't drink so that's my 2 cent.

So local, C&C, S&S or maybe a pizza or burger joint with great parking?

I'm glad to see you responded on here. If you're on Facebook, you should join this 5th Gen. Camaro page I created for Southside VA: https://www.facebook.com/groups/240363149688417/
