Lol, it was a rental/loaner at SEMA. Apex gives such killer deals Chase does the work pro-bono and passes the savings on to us. No way he owns a Ferrari.

The F430 is a 4.3L. 458 Italia is 4.5L, obviously. I'm sure you meant that, but I'm just clarifying things as I work with exotic cars.

He will eat a 360 up. Huge lack of torque in these cars and the first generation F1 trans. is eh. Glitchy, clunky, slower shifts. The car pictured is clearly an F430 though. First clue is the much more aggressive front bumper.

The F430 Spider is actually lighter and quicker then the F430 coupe and that would smoke a bolt on SS (I'm assuming I-H-E maybe a little more) but a 360 isn't as slow as you guys think. It lacks torque but has a huge weight advantage compared to our huge Camaro's and has a low 4 second 0-60 time. It would be a good race between a 360 and a bolt on SS but not much contest with the 430.

F430's, depending on year, can range from 11.6-12.4 in the 1/4 mile while 360's around 12.4-12.9. The lack of torque is very noticeable, however. The trans. makes up for it though.
