Debating Camaro side letter blackout
The exterior mods are 80% done, but I can't decide if I want to make Beast a Black Panther or keep some chrome on the sides.

I would take the lettering off completely, I did on my black car and it looks great!

I voted no, only because I think the chrome makes a nice contrast to the exterior. But I think it will look good either way

Already have a black set I painted from ebay. I kinda lean towards keeping the factory chrome, but ...

I voted no, I agree with Aubrey64 and 2010 SSRS. That bit of chrome looks real nice on the camaro. But it would def look nice either way.

no, it looks nice and ties in well with the chrome lugs and chrome center cap. If you make it black or remover it, still have the chrome lugs.

I'd either leave it for a pop of chrome or take it off completely....what's the point of painting it the same color as the car and leaving it there??? Looks really good how it is now though.

It's all in what you want to do. Plastidip them black and see what it looks like. You can always remove the plastidip easily. I wanted a clean look so I removed them....
It's what you like...

Get rid of the rest of the chrome too while you're at it. |
