For those of you wondering about the muffler delete...
After much debating on an exaust upgrade, I finally decided to go with the muffler delete. 80 dollar mod and took some rear end weight off the car. The tone is great and the volume is less than I expected, as I worried that it may be too loud. Its a most tasteful volume and she purrs at idle. So, for those looking to upgrade exhaust tone and volume and not break the bank, consider a muffler delete. 80 bucks and took him like 45 minutes. Oh and the new exhaust tips look cool too.

keep in mind that a muffler delete will be much louder on a manual car than an auto

Do either of you have long tube headers with that muffler delete? I LTs and cats with the stock mufflers and want to get rid of those garbage cans but not sure if it will be too loud or what mufflers I should replace them with?

I don't have long tubes. The only thing still keep the volume in check is the stock resonators.

Get rid of the resonators and put on an X pipe while its on the lift! Yes you can use the stock tips if you want but it's a good opportunity to get a different set put on.
