RPI!!

I ordered a painted antenna from RPI, when I recived it it had a chip and ding on it. I contacted Josh at RPI and sent him a couple pics. He replied and asked for my address for ups to pick it up the next day.

Ups picked it up and I got a new one. The quailty is AMAZING! There is nothing wrong at all with the 2nd one.

I am very impressed with Josh and RPI. Its nice to know that when something is wrong with a product, there are vendors on here that will make it right with you.

Congrats on getting what you paid for, and Josh for stepping up to satisfy a customer. Nice!

Josh is a true standup guy. I dealt with RPI on a different forum and they always got great reviews there too.

JWMotoring is also a great vendor that I've been dealing with for a couple of years.

nebchevy, I had the same thing. I had a custom ordered engine cover. Looked great, but something wrong happened during prep work or paint it. Clear coat and paint was chipping. Called Josh and he asked to have me send it back so they can re do it. Some may get mad that they don't get what they paid for, but things like this do happen on accident and for him to be able to stand behind his work and be willing to fix them when thing like this happen make me want to keep coming back to them.
