cheapest Gm Parts.com

Has anyone used these guys before? I ordered what was supposed to be a painted heritage grill for $300+. I got a used factory grill in a subaru box. If you call them you get a recording about higher than normal call volume. Im beginning to think they aren't real lol. I emailed them and am waiting a response. If i wanted a used factory grill i could probably get one for way less than 3 bills. Just wanted to see if anyone else has used or had issues with these guys.

Wow, those standard grills go around here in member classifieds well under $100 all the time. Seems odd because your website pic looks like the Heritage (at least it looks the closest thing to it that I can make out)

I've used GMpartsnow.com and GMpartsdirect.com with no issues. Perhaps the problem is not the site but your lack of research... not trying to be an A**hole but this thread is irrelevant because you answered your own question.

Haven't dealt with them, but seems they have a little history of shipping the wrong part.....

And a side note OP, just because there's a banner, doesn't mean they are actual sponsors here

Now i know. Was laid up from back surgery and started buying stuff for the car. Had issues with both things i bought now. The first thing i won't go into because they are working with me (great customer service) and are a good sponsor here. These guys Im not so sure whats going to happen.

They should have a return policy of some sort (it would suck if they charge a 20% restocking fee). But they have misrepresented their product...

No matter how you slice it, it's highway robbery to pay that much for a used OEM grill
