Nobody gets the value of the mods out of their cars. 30K is a lot for a V6.
Some of the mods have questionable value such as: "Custom rear seat delete with LED CAMARO logo"

Mods don't equal $$$. I'll sell you my V6 M6 Camaro for less
 that car isnt worth anywhere near that money. I would agree with Failshift if it were a 2010-11 with the LLT. However, the 2012+ LFX has proven to be much stronger.
