Strut tower cover info wanted - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Can anyone lead me to a vendor(s) that sell covers for the hardware on top of the strut tower? I'm looking for clean and simple, body color match maybe. The only thing I found was a billet cover with SS logo on top. Too much bling. Just want to smooth out the ugly stuff.

Like these? I got my IOM "SS" set at Camaro Collection. There were vendors selling them at CFest in Indy but I cant remember the name sadly.

Go to eBay and amazon and search camaro strut tower cap and camaro strut tower cover. You will find multiple types and colors. I just ordered plain white for mine. Going to add the "SS" in Blue ray metallic myself.

There is a member hear who makes them. I believe he is looking for members who want to get in on a group buy. I think he needs 6 people to do the next run.

I'll just search ebay and amazon and see what I find. Not really into spending $150 for billet just to cover up some unsightly hardware. Maybe if the member here sees this I can see what they have. If I could find the right diameter a plastic coffee can lid could work.

Thanks that looks good. After checking that link I discovered that there should be a cover from the factory, but I guess after doing the suspension work they were never put back on. Heck I might be happy with the factory covers instead of the bare hardware I have sticking out.

Just put a order in with CFD. Ryanbabz71, there is a black plastic cap to cover the threads from the factory.

Oh boy, after looking again I do have the factory covers. They're just little caps that only cover the threads on the end of the rod. I want to cover the cup too. Guess I'll have to get some of these.
