Definitely a 3rd gen.

It's the unreleased 2003-2009 4.2 generation Camaro. You can see what only few prototypes were ever made, not a good combo. They finally fixed the center/interior/engine in 2010 with the released 5th gen.

The front doesn't look good, but they actually did a pretty decent job on the back. Its not perfect, but not bad.
