For those LFX guys with the IPF tune
So correct me if I'm wrong, i can tune my with IPF's module and then flash the car back to stock without the dealer knowing a thing? at $450 bucks that doesn't seem too bad. I have some supporting mods like a cold air intake, an axle back exhaust, catch can, and 93 octane since day 1. Do you guys think it really is worth the 450? what kind of differences did you feel? more power (how much)? quicker shifts? Im basically asking for your in depth reviews and thoughts about this hand held tune. Any info is appreciated, thanks! one other thing.. let say i have 2 camaros in the family, can i use 1 module? don't really feel like buying a second, or does ipf have some kind of deal for that? thanks!

you can use 1 module but u would have to purchase a separate tune file or license
each VIN has a license |

I believe the ECM has a flash counter. You may be able to flash back to the factory tune, but each time you flash the ECM the counter increments. The dealer may not be able to tell what you have done, but if they check the flash count they may be able to figure out that you have modified the code. I don't know of any tuner system that can bypass or defeat the flash counter.
