What's really bad about this tread is she never told us what happened

Lemon law only covers if the same mechanical problem can not be corrected within 3 visits to the dealer. Its NOT all that easy to document and get a lemon law by back passed. Seems everyone on this forum believes if you take your car to the dealer more than once you can lemon law it...

Depends on what state you are in for Lemon Law. Minnesota is 30 days in the shop in 2 years. I am on day 23 in less than 3 months on the road. By the time it comes out in the spring and has all it's issues address I will be well over 30. GM is stepping up for a lot of vert owners with buy backs so they aren't going the Lemon Law route.

I have an R6P 2SS/RS and I turned 12K miles this summer. Only issues were a bad tire pressure sensor, and screws that came loose on my spoiler. Kind of amazing these cars coming off of the same assembly line could be so different. I don't get it.

Sorry to hear your troubles. Might want to check in on the lemon law if they don't keep your car under warranty after all these repairs you're getting.
