How exactly did the battery test? From your video, it sounds like the CCA are low, which means the battery is bad, even though voltage can be perfect.

Lets face it, engines are not at all difficult to replace, so it just seems whoever worked on your car at he dealer just did a half assed job. You need to contact GM and give them the lowdown on the problem after problem you have been having. It sounds like they took your car apart and put it back together wrong.
