Darn kids!!! :(

Showed up at work to find someone in my spot! It's not really mine but it has been since I have had the car. I think he was someone from the county anyways, so couldn't say anything as I don't and haven't paid for parking in over a year and no tickets yet! I think they think it is reserved because everyone else gets tickets. Anyways, i was arunning late so I parked in another far off spot by myself. Came out at end of day to see some dirt removed from the drivers side door and little tiny hand prints (I am the director at a children's museum) and right around it is all thse little scratches. Looks like some oparent got out, most likely let one child play around while getting another child out or removing stroller etc...
I konw they were not there because I check my car everyday because of my parking situation at home!
I am so mad because this was the 1st time I did not park in my normal single spot only and this happens!

I have afew other very minor scratches as well. What's the best way to remove? In the past i would use some sort of compound but it has been years since then and i am sure there is something newer\better out there!

thanks for any help!

I work part time at a huge sports complex in Orlando and I was tasked to work in an area where I could see my car most the day and I was shocked to witness all day long teams and teams of youth stopping at my car and posing for photos with it.

Some of them were holding their bats while posing. I was lucky and there wasn't any marks that waxing wouldn't remove. I won't be driving my camaro to work anymore. It's back to the SUV to work.

The nerve of those darn kids... removing dirt from your car.

I couldn't resist but do sympathize with you about the scratches. A little rubbing compound and it'll all buff off nicely.

Rubbing compound will work but be careful. Do it wrong and you will get more scratches since its abrasive

Hmm, park at a childrens museum and discover evidence on your car that children were in the parking lot.
The horror, what's the world coming to?

Must be because of that horrendous grill you put on the car. The guy saw your car the day before and thought to himself that hideous monstrosity does not deserve this parking spot, so I'll save it the disgrace of having to hold such an ugly vehicle day in and day out.

use a fine compound.. if it is deep use a courser compound but be very careful because if not done right it could ruin your paint. if it is reallyyyy bad consider wet sanding the spot.
