03 GT vs 2010 SS both modded
My friend is pretty confident in his car, but from what i see hes full of it just wanted to double check with my fellow gear heads

i also have a friend with a mazda speed 3 who has an upgraded turbo, and he did have his engine apart at one point to do something there but im not sure what exactly... hes getting it tuned supposively pushing 400hp?
from what ive google'd it seems possible but unlikely |

While his SS should have an easy go at it, a V6 with his mods would be a Negatory. A stock 03 GT manual should be in the high 13s/very low 14s, add the mod that one has and it is going to take quite a more than what is listed for the V6 to catch it, let alone beat it. Remember while the V6 has a decent HP advantage, it has similar tourgue disadvantage and around 400-500 pound weight penalty, easily negating the HP difference in and of itself.

Why are you worried, just race him and any one else that wants to and "if" you lose, just get more mods done till you kick their A$$#S!!!

Yes, but with more mods than he has on his SS, i was comparing those mods with the mods the Mustang he is racing has.
