or again as Tim said the Third Reich. Most likely this is it because Hitler was originally on the secret design team based in Germany naturally. Back then it was to be used in the war and in the tank form. However he ran out of time so his design was never fashioned until Scott came upon some drawings for the original Camaro on ebay
