Lightest wheels ever were ones that used the Dymag carbon fiber hoops. Actual carbon fiber, not the appearance stuff that is overlaid on top of aluminum hoops that most people have. Of course, the Dymag wheels were in the $10,000 a set ballpark. They are out of business now.

Going light and maintaining high quality is also an expensive proposition. Options like titanium hardware, extra rear-wheel machining to remove excess material, etc..

HRE and Forgeline offer race-prepped models. Not cheap!

Bogart makes some very lightweight rims, but they are too soft for street driving. Beyond that, Nine Ball (who is a great wheel reference) knows that lightweight and strong together = a lot of money.

Are you planning on doing a lot of racing ???

I'm guessing 26" spinners like the ones in the video are not light...

It was a joke about the money thing. It costs Bugatti $5M to make a Veyron, but they sold them for about $2M. It was more of a publicity thing, and just to see if they could do it.
