I wouldn't say its that simple exactly, Ive taken off my panel a couple times and not once did I not break at least one clip, not a big deal but it is a hassle to buy a bunch just in case when its easier and cheaper to take it down to the dealer to look at.

And exactly what is your warranty for if not to use it?

We are car enthusiasts correct? Well to me that. Not only means loving them but working on them. In the others circles I run with the classic cars we call those people that can't even turn a wrench or just bought their hotrod "gold chainers"
And to answer your question. I don't want to go to the dealership for them to touch anything unless i have to or unless it's a big ticket item. The small little issues are handled at home.
Easier and cheaper for them to look at? I guess for you but for me I' d. Rather do it myself.

Thank you to everyone who posted. It's good to know I'm not alone with this problem, but its even better to know that there is a relatively simple solution. You can always count on other owners!
