Fastest way to get over 600ft lbs on a ls3.

Do a Zex Nitrous Kit. it gave an increase of 200ft lbs.
daily driven ls3 with some spray for exit ramps

base line modifications.
MTI V2 Cam, a cold air intake, and a free flowing exhaust.
