how thick is the floor in the 3rd gen t-roof cars - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

i started pulling the interior of my 87 t roof to fix what i thought was a small hole in the driverside floor which surprise surprise wasn`t so small. so i need to buy a piece of sheet metal to patch in and was wondering if anyone knew what guage of steel it is? i am not looking to replace it back to factory looking specs so i wasn`t going to buy the whole floor pan as the passanger side and back floors look good.
does anyone sell just the front section of the drivers side? i only need forward of the front seat brackets.
