295/35/20 on a 11" wheel

Would a 295/35/20 tire be wide enough on an 11" to not have part of the outer rim exposed, or would it let it stick out a little past the tire?

I don't really care for the look of rim that sticks out a little past the tire, thanks in advance!

I have a chance to get a 295/35/20 at a great price that's why I'm asking, thanks.

Depends on the brand/model of the tire. I'm running a 295 Michelin Pilot Super Sport on a 10.5" wheel and they run larger...it's wider than a 315 Nitto for example. I could easily run it on a 11" or 11.5" wheel.

I have 295s on an 11in. rims and the tires are definitely more narrow than the rim. An 11in. Rim will measure about 12in liP to lip. You would need a 305 to be flush.

I have 275s running on a 10" wheel and the tires are a bit stretched exposing the wheel lip.

In your case you would be going up 25mm wheel size but only 20mm tire size, so it will be slightly more stretched than mine.

The 295/35/20 tires for the 11" wheel are Michelin Super Sport tires, so hopefully they are wide enough to not have the outside rim lip exposed too much. Thanks for the replies.
