Just a quick video of part of it taped off to show the difference of before and after... It isn't terrible, but I like my paint to be as good as possbile.

I'd be interested to know what product(s) you used as well. I keep my car very clean (on the outside at least!), but do have some Dealer installed swirl marks I'd like to get rid of!!

I am using a porter cable dual action polisher, meguiars microfiber cutting pads, meguiars 105 diamond cutting compound, meguiars ultimate polish, then Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, and finishing it with P21s carnuba wax.

Make sure you clean the MF pads after each section with a pad brush. What pad are you using with ultimate polish?

Here's a video of my work on a car I polished.

I'm not sure if I am actually registered there, but I do go there for a lot of my products. I use the brush/compressed air after each pass. I have a foam polishing pad or the microfiber finishing pad I use with polish. The a final "red" foam pad from Lake Country for the sealant.

I love correcting paint that is in that bad of shape. It really makes you feel good about it. My Camaro's paint is NO WHERE NEAR that bad, but still needed a little something.

Perfect! I'd use foam instead of MF following the M105, less chance of hazing the paint. Our cars don't have "hard" clearcoats, so finishing with foam is great.

I will quote someone who posted this response on this forum awhile back. "In 'Merica, we drive 'Maros!"
