I'm fixing to get rid of the NPP and the one I'm getting is a dual 4.5" tips. So I need new diffuser

Yea its the Havoc diffuser. I got it through a group buy on here last year. You can pick it up from numerous vendors now though.

550-600 ish? Cant remember for sure. Just google "Camaro havoc diffuser" and you should be good.

Hmmm... I kinda like the front fender vents but haven't seen a rear one done right yet. If that's what your hmmming about.
