The following excerpt is from our local paper's police blotter report...

Franklin had been traveling on Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Killeen when an officer observed a white Camaro that had no front license plate, according to an arrest report.

The officer pulled the car over. As the officer approached, he observed Franklin in the passenger seat making stealthy movements toward the passenger door.

The officer asked Franklin to exit the vehicle and saw him attempt to hide an object in his shoe. Franklin then dropped the object and stepped on it, making a loud noise heard by an officer.

Police detained Franklin and found what was believed to be remnants of a pipe used to smoke crack. Franklin told an officer it was not his.

Be careful out there fellow C5ers, things are not as rosy as we would like them to be. You just never know!!

if i was that guy i'd do the time, i'd pay the fines, whatever for the crack, etc.

but i still wouldn't put that front license plate on there. NOOOOPE. never ever ever

Dont smoke and drive guys. It's dangerous, you could get pulled over and break your pipe

That's sounds like a Wisconsin story. Even if you have window tint on your car not even dark you will get stopped by one but two state troopers. I know because it happened to me last April

Having lots of experience with "stealthy movements" I can tell you never work and lead to situations like this. Seriously dude crack? If you can buy a Camaro you at least have some decent money. If you need a high Jack Daniels is always willing and he's legal too.
