What? Silence here tonight?

I will have to turn in early as I have to rise early & leave early to go to testify in court only to not be able to do or say what needs to be done and said on behalf of a pitiful abused and neglected child because a lazy state atty refused to subponea the medical records. :(

On a lighter note the weather here is supposed to be a nearly perfect 72ish degrees & no rain for the next several days.

That's nicer than here in N. IL!! You do live in a beautiful part of the country though!!

Can you believe we have had ZERO rain since you were here?? It's been amazing. I've been driving Ladybug almost every day!

I can't take any notes or records with me unless they are subponeaed and then the judge orders them relased to the court.

We went out to dinner and ran some errands this evening.

Fall is certainly coming, gets dark just after 7:15.

That's gotta be getting scary dry then. We seem to get plenty of rain now, after the crop damage is done!!

I make it a point to drive the black one, at least once a week for work. I even took the '71 out one day last week, and put a couple hundred miles on it.

Yeah.......the house.........that has been mentioned quite a bit lately!
I think she needs to find something to do with her time!!!!

And then we went & bought this. Almost as much as we paid for our house!!!





But we needed something to pull her camper!!! The Silverado 1500 wouldn't do it, and I need something to drive in the winter.

Well, that's just plain stupid. Why put you on the stand at all??? Surely you're allowed to review your notes beforehand???

That's just like the Silverado we got my hubby the same day we got Ladybug! Except his is that slate blue color (we call it Seahawks blue ) Nice truck! Guess the new house is going to wait?
Glad you got your '71 out for a drive, too - wouldn't want it to get jealous of the 5th gen...

It is pretty dry here - lots of fires east of the mountains, so much that the smoke is making it a little hazy here on the west, too. Wildfires don't pop up west of the mountains much, though - we're not real prone to lightning...
