NEED ADVICE

So my car has been running just fine, have had a forged 416ci in it for 5,000 miles, tt kit just at 2,000 miles. All of the sudden one day its started acting up, it was struggling and popping. later i found out I had 8-10 degrees of knock. How can i diagnose which cylinder is knocking? How can i tell if its false knock? what steps should i take from the easiest solutions to worst case scenario?

btw, spark plugs and wires were changed, pistons were scoped and look great, compression test was done, tranny fluid was drained with no metal in the tranny, knock wires look fine, theres no smoke coming out of the exhaust. Im at a loss and need some good advice. I appreciate everyones time
