Updated Post 1 on Page 1 with the additional folks.

united1 - I e-mailed you the GM layout.

This year's layout should be easier to set up than last year - there won't be much staging, aside from putting folks in the side lot and under the parking garage and just getting cars to pull out and line up. We're not color coordinating either. It's also a square, so that's on our side.

TRC - this should get us into the show earlier. If we want to try maybe 15minutes earlier on the time table, I'll throw it out there for others to comment. It's tough for the NH guys, as they have a long drive down as it is.

I don't mind the drive honestly we do have a few newcomers from the area but i've got them more or less covered with our rally points and contact information. Worse drive is probably mailman's if he's coming and i don't think we have anyone from VT coming this year.

This is a simple design , I'll have it all marked out early . If the guys going straight to the mall help out putting the cars in place as they pull in this shouldn't take much time at all .
Early start shouldn't be necessary as this is an easy layout . But whatever time the majority wants to start I'm fine with .

Indeed! I encourage anyone going straight to the mall to get there earlier to start parking cars as soon as folks show up, like we did with the circle 5 two years ago.

I'm still considering the times. With the simpler layout, and our experiences from the past, we may get there sooner than expected as it is. Maybe we'll bump it up by 15minutes or so.

Guys I hate to say it but I'm going to have to be out. My cousins graduation party is that weekend and family has to come first. If anything changes I'll let you guys know.

i plan to be there around or shortly after 8:15am of course thats provided i have no traffic delays etc.
