They came on the wife's new Senergy series along with red accent lightinging on the door panel inserts.

We had the dealer install them on my wifes 45th when we bought the car. We like them, they change from dim blue to bright blue to dim red to bright red. You can manually change them or push the button a couple times and it will cycle threw them. There is one in each footwell and one in each cup holder. The blue matches the radio and the door panel lights.
