Zl1 Duraflex Hood

Has any one on here purchased one of these off ebay if so how is quality and fitment

Friend of mine purchased a GT500 Duraflex hood for her Mustang and it was complete garbage. After a month...it started to separate. And the quality it self is trash.

If you're wanting the ZL1 look....just get the TL1 insert made my ACS and install it to your stock hood. I'm in the process of doing it now.

V6 splitter from Duraflex fit so bad my body man ran away! Their sh*t is cheap because it is just that!!!

I wish someone sold those TL1 inserts already painted gloss black! Costs as much to paint as it does to buy the insert itself here in the bay area!

That is crazy I paid just over $100 to have mine painted AGM at my Local Chevrolet Dealership.

Cheapest way to color match would b go do down to ahto paint store and see if they can get ur car color into an aerosol and prep, paint, clear coat and should b pretty close match and well under 100$
