The 2011 Chevrolet Camaro model features an RS appearance package that is available on the LT and SS. It includes HID (High-Intensity Discharge) headlamps with integrated LED "halo" rings, a rear spoiler on LT, specific taillamps and 20-inch wheels with a Midnight Silver painted finish. The "halos" are a very popular option/reason to why consumers consider the RS package. William R. Chevrolet Customer Care |

If it doesn't have halos, it's not an RS.

I'm about to do RS headlights on a non-RS car. So I'm pretty sure it's possible to do non-RS on a RS.

Well if you go strictly by an RS badge being absent, mine isn't RS either. They removed the RS badges to make room for the Heritage Grille, and the rear Spoiler I chose. Anyway, I am going to get the RS badges back next year if I can. Good luck with your purchase! Troy Lawson |

You can slap a spoiler on, the tail lights are cheep, even replica wheels or someones take offs. But thd headlights are expensive, so unlikely to be added to fake RS it. Another big thing that would be hard to fake, painted roof ditch molding. If unpainted, very likely NOT an RS. Are you sure its a 2LT? Leather seats, HUD?
