Brake line dangling from 2010 camaro SS??

Not sure if this is the correct place to post, but here goes. Saw this about an hour ago.

I didn't think to have my buddy hit the brakes while I was looking, but that fluid on the ground may be brake fluid or may not...

Am I correct in thinking it looks like a brake line was cut or does it look like something else?

I don't have much automotive experience, other than changing my own oil and reading these forums.
Is this something I could put on a lift and fix myself?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Looks like a drain hose for a catch can or overflow vent.

Just came back, started it and hit the brakes.

I think you're right. Seems like an easy fix!
