Vortech XB110 Billet Supercharger w/ 6" ICooler **RACE ONLY**
This is a RACE ONLY kit gents... You will have to modify a two plastic tabs on the inside of the bumper, and will have to cut back some of the pinch weld to get the tubes through. The biggest change is that if you want to use the big 6" vollute you need to cut the strut tower and replate it. Not a big deal for anyone skilled for fab.
The Vortech XB110 was just gone through by Vortech Superchargers, we tested the charger for some dyno passes & track hits for them. With the 28 tooth upper it made 33psi on a RHS 436ci, seeing 1200rwhp through the TH400 (~1600-1700 motor hp). Will include the 28 tooth, and 30 tooth upper, along with a 2 spare cog belts. Also includes lower Vortech pulley that you will need to purchase an ATI balancer to work with. Kit includes: Vortech XB110 Supercharger Head Unit - NO OIL Lines, you will have to run your own Feed/Drain lines SRC Vortech Bracket Kit (One off) w/ Vortech power steering bracket - Will include all Vortech spacers, and hardware 4" Feed tubing, V-Band Clamp on the Supercharger, V-Band Clamp on intercooler entrance, Pegasus/Wiggins clamp on the intercooler exit, and V-Band at the end of the throttle body pipe. This was setup for a Holley Hi_Rise Intake, so any other intake you will need to modify the top tubing setup. You will also need to weld a VBand to whatever throttle body you are using. The intercooler is a Bell 6" core (~$1000+ just for the core) with custom end tanks made by Craig Sheffield. The overflow coolant tank, and windshield washer reservoir must be removed. You can use a small summit style overflow tank on the radiator instead (Not included) Includes strut brace, but you will have to drill the hole on your car to support the bolt-through design. This setup is for LIMITED STREET or RACE ONLY. THere are NO instructions (The brackets bolt up same way as Vortech ones do so you can follow their instructions mostly to bolt it up), we will provide pictures and as much tech support as possible. The supercharger head unit itself is ~$5000 from Vortech, this unit like I said just was went through by Vortech to check it out after we tested it. The Intercooler was over $1000 for just the core. It does include ONE Vortech BV57, there is another flange for a second one but does NOT include the second BV57 (You will want this if you are looking to run 25+ psi). I'll take $4500 for the kit as is. Please only serious inquiries, once again, this is for a race car that sees very limited street time. |
