What's the stuff under the user name all about???
Can someone please tell me what the dotted bars and the foreign looking flags are under my username.
 It appears some people have them and others don't. Thanks for any help!!!

I think it is sort of a "ranking" system, before it was the gray bars which would then get filled in with gold ones...so maybe they changed it when they updated/merged corvette7?
