Camaro Production by year.

Well I can't sleep so I decided to poke through my camaro books and compare the camaros production over the years to see how the 2010 held up.

220,906
235,147
243,085
124,901
114,643
68,651
96,752
151,008
145,770
182,959
218,853
272,631
282,582
152,021
126,138
189,735
154,381
261,591
180,018
192,219
137,760
96,275
110,739
35,000 (kinda fuzzy officially only 39 cars were built in 1990 the rest in 89 )
100,838(excludes 91 models introduced in 90)
70,007
40,224
125,244
122,725
61,362
54,972
49,218
42,098
45,461
29,009
42,098
128,204

Not the strongest it's ever had but when you factor in GM's market share these days and look at the last 14 years of camaro production. I'd say home run is an understatement.

Those are the most up to date I could find for 2010. Anyone else feel free to correct me if they have different numbers.

You also have to realize that we only have one factory building them.

yes, but people like to compare to the first gen numbers. Which is impossible since there were two factories building them at the time.

What i don't get is i've seen several production numbers on the Camaro over the years, and various sources show different numbers in particular years.

I checked the Mustang stats earlier today. They produced 4,086,186 from 1964-78. Here is the link.
