Just announced! Cars and Coffee at Summit Point Motorsports Park with SCCA and Country Roads Car Club. Free admission as this is a SCCA race weekend! It will be October 6 at 8 am to ???? Racing all day, raffles, prizes, Feel the Power and PARADE LAPS at lunch for $5 charity donation per car!!!

Feel the Power is a blindfolded identify the car game where a participant is blindfolded, led to a car and has to identify it by feel. Quickest one to do so wins!

Also this time we will have FOOD! I heard the complaints last time and they have been addressed for this event! We will also speed up the entry into track as we will have volunteers from Country Roads CC assist with getting people in and on the waiver in a timely fashion!

This was good event in the spring, and sounds like it will be even better this time around.

BaltimoreJohn - we should be a little more selective with the cruise company this time

Also, going out to Summit this weekend for the NASA Summer Breeze. Not sure about Sunday's weather, though.

This is still happening! Could be even bigger than the May event we did! Parade laps and you can get a coffee mug made with your car on it at the event!

I'm coming up for Sunday at SP, will by on the Shenandoah Circuit with Trackdaze from 8 onwards. First run at 9, second at 12, maybe I can come over to the Main circuit and say Hi in between.
