Do you wave to other 5th Gen Camaros?
I get the feeling I'm the only one...
I just let go a 1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 and let me tell you all 911 owners from all years wave to each other. I wrongfully assumed that would be the same with our cars....WRONG. I've yet to have another Camaro driver wave back let alone initate a two finger what up. Why... What say you? |

I get just the subtle head nods. I actually get a lot of 5th gens parking by me, its actually how I found the club that I belong to.

I had a classic chevy for years. its part of having one. to many non car guys in these new camaros for them to get it.
if you wave at them all, you will get it back once in a while. need to make it everytime for everyone, its part of the cars heritage

I wave but most people do not. Doesn't matter what gen. I get the wave from the same people all the time. Old school like me i guess.

Yep, I've waved to the other 5th Gen Camaros I've seen on the road. Black one near me as well as a White one with Black stripes that I've seen most regularly around my neck of the woods. First time my wife saw me doing it she said "What, you guys have a wave? Really?".

Hmm...different story with me! I wave at all Camaros. And I always get a wave back...5th gen or not. Even from drivers going the opposite direction. People here are pretty friendly so that may be why. Northerners seem to think that if someone waves at them, they want something from them.
