So led's are the way of the future , they could have put them in the tail lights we had and made them look good.
And one more time if you have to get used to the 2014 then you never really liked it anyway. Also if they don't look good pictures well that says it all. There's something to be said about first Impressions.

I think the problem is the changes were designed around the z/28.
The headlights for example don't look so bad on that model because there are no halos. The lower wider grill makes sense for a track car. The problem is the aesthetic doesn't transfer as well for the lineup of trim levels. |

It's growing in me. If I see it in black I bet that'll seal the deal.

I think the '14 looks just fine and some of the re-actions are a little over-blown and un-called for...
I will say this, though...I've never seen pics of any other car on these forums where negative re-actions to how it looked were followed by posts saying, "Yeah, but you should see it in person first, the pictures don't do it justice,...You'll change your mind..."...lol.. |

I hate it. Though they did just make my 2011 SS more valuable...as now people would rather get 2010-2013 then a new one.

you can do what you like. I said it's ugly period. And yes ,I have changed my mind about things in the past but those are things I was on the fence about. first impressions count and for something to have to grow on someone says alot about the item in question too.

I never judge anything or anyone for that matter on first impression. That is a very bad way of coming to conclusions about anything.

One more thing to think about, Look at every car with wraparound taillights. None of them have side marker lights like our car. That proves that the taillights were an afterthought. Having both is Unnecessary. If the taillights didn't wrap around they wouldn't look as bad. You're right I guess on the fence was the wrong term to use they are ugly and unnecessary. I just hope they don't kill the sixth generation Camaro with these ugly designs too.
