Have you tried sending a refresh signal to your car from your online account? I think the car needs to be on in order to receive the signal.

I think the Travel Link service is an extra $1.98 or so...

No confusion...
For example, you pick the Premium service which gives you your stations. You also want Traffic information so you add on the NavTraffic. Older systems you could then add on the additional Weather package. With the new systems like MYLINK they have added a new package called Travel Link. This package gives you the weather information, gas prices, movie listings etc. based on your GPS location. So with MYLINK you need to only choose the channel subscription you want, then decide if you want to also add NavTraffic and finally Travel Link. NavTraffic and Travel Link are additional monthly costs over your normal channel subscription. Hope this helps...

The first thing to know about XM is that you should never give them your credit car .
My family has had so many unauthorized charges for renewals when we specifically say we don't want it |

I think your radio need a software up date in order for you to receive the satellite signal. This is what's happening to my radio (MY-LINK) system. Your Chevy dealership can handle this. Mail Clerk |
