I agree with you OP. The driving tests should be stricter, so not every idiot can get behind the wheel.

Driving tests won't stop things like this, People only think about themselves and not that they share the road with others, all common sense goes right out the window.

Why does everybody get rear ended....I got nailed from behind 3 months after I had my car..just seems like a lot of these....don't worry just the back bumper..you will be good to go..hope that post didn't sound dirty...........
