need help with oracle hid kit

noticed that one of my hids is brighter than other sent aac a pm. but in case they don't answer would anyone have an idea why it would be like this. it's the 6,000k 35 watt kit.

If it's bright and not higher. Recheck that the lights are seated correct. If they are it could be a bad bulb or ballast. You can swap the ballasts around to see if the color changes. Maybe one is putting out a little less juice. If it stays the same way there is a good chance it's the bulb. Just make sure both lights are pointing at the same height. If there not adjust them. If one beam is pointing higher it could look like one is brighter. Hope this helps.

Great advice.

As an authorized AAC/Oracle Dealer, I can and will tell you that they will stand up for thier products.

If the abovementioned ideas don't work, contact your dealer (or AAC if you bought direct) and they can get you taken care of.

Just wanted to add one more thing. If it is one of the bulbs try to get them both replaced. If you send just one the color could be off on the other. I know your from NJ. If you need a set while you wait for exchange let me know. I have 2 sets of H13 high low bulbs. They are both 8k sets. I can lend you a set to get you by for now.
