why is there rash on the corners of my car?

I've had this car for under 2 months, haven't let the bumpers touch anything and I noticed this after my first car wash... I washed it myself, but I'm not sure why there's rash on all the corners. The only thing I can think of is

Did my car not have these white stickers on it? What can I do to get rid of this? Any help?

Then enjoy your rash if you don't want to get it fixed.

The dealer's the one most likely to help you or correct it.
If the distance is too much, try one of the mild scratch removers from Mothers, Maguires. Then use a detail spray to remove any residual white powder. That should do it.
But if it's obvious that you tried to fix it yourself, the dealer's going to say you messed it up.

Probably from their hose when washing it. My original front bumper had rash from the dealer.

I'll go in tomorrow, I told the dealers not to wash it when I go in too, hopefully they'll make my AC smell good too when I go in, cause it smells terrible as it is now.

You know what I didn't, but i've got the day off so i'll head down there now. I'm going to bring up a few issues with them, they said they'd repaint my door because it was dinged (and chipped)... They just pulled the ding out and buffed the living s**t out of it and now at night at a certain angle it looks like a really bad waxing job.

So you want us to buff it and see what we can do?
"Yes that's all I ask"
But you've had this vehicle for 2 months right now so I'm not sure what we could do, Well usually we charge $80 per panel. I mean for you I could charge... Mmm maybe $100 total and we'll see if that fixes it..
"Well when I bought the car they said they repainted the door, which they didn't. So I could have them redo that. And there are a few factory paint flaws I can bring up, because I know that's still in my warranty too. So I could talk to some GM reps who would be willing to help me and see what they say"
Ok sir we'll just bring it over to the body shop and see if they can do that real quick for you
"Hey thanks Anna I really appreciate that!"
Amaing what bring up GM reps will do...

And there really are some factory flaws in my paint. But I'm not worried about those.

If any GM reps read this, Anna was great! At Sands Chevrolet in Glendale service dept, fixed my problem in under 5 minutes. Probably the best service I've had.

Of course we'd read this!

Great to hear about your service experience. We're here to communicate with dealers and help bring resolutions to unresolved issues.
