There could be several reasons for the repaint maybe the car was damaged in transit,or it was keyed or whatever.True it may be wise to go with the other but no one can say it was involved in an accident,I have a car that got hit by road debris and got a small crack in the front and some kind of splatter,I guess that could count as an accident but the car was not really damaged but had to be painted to fix the problem.I guess it all depends on your definition of accident.

he says the front end was "replaced and repainted" yet there was not accident damage? Why would you have to "replace" parts if it hadnt been in an accident. I can see repainting, hell my car had the front and rear bumper repainted but replaced and repainted the whole front end and painted both doors... sounds very fishy.
