one of my Plasmas just burnt on one side. it does happen but took a lot longer than the LED

Have any of you guys mentioned this to AAC? I distinctly remember being told the Plasmas fixed this. In fact, I know I still have a PM from one of them that says exactly that.
I'd love to hear what they have to say about their new and improved plasmas not being so "new and improved"

just got the plasma's as warranty replacements / upgrade for the old crappy ones from AAC.
I have the field goal harness btw.... will install this weekend and start the clock..... how long will they last???? more to follow!

My upgraded plasmas had one led on the front fail within two wks. The other plasma has lasted way longer then the reg p13w's over 2mth's AAC customer service and Jonathan have been great at replacing the bulbs. I just wish I didn't have to keep looking at the DRL lights waiting for a failure. I love the look , the low power consumption, and will continue to buy from AAC its all about taking care of the customer. Mtlbrnr |
