The lights are controlled by remote....off while driving....on at shows and show offs....

Your about right....10 to 15K. My daughter printed out a sheet with only the audio and it totaled over 3 thousand. With sound deadening, wire, connectors, fuses, lighting and such you can add another 500. Labor at $40.00 per hour....over 3 months...removing doors, windshield, headliner, cutting trunk metal for wire access...custom fiberglass work....custom LED lighting...yeah, labor was 10K. So, 10 to 15k is right. Give this man a CIGAR! I attached this image because it really looks like a transformer...two eyes, arms....don't it? It looks robotic....I love this shot. It was taken when the front windshield was off, fronts seats removed and my son-in-law lay straddled over the hood! Thanks!
