Yep, these L99 guys make me laugh. They spent all that money to get a big V8 (thinking they'd be fast) and a stock Tesla blows their doors off. Sure the Tesla is a lot more expensive, but the garden variety $30K 6th gen SS blows their doors off too.

ah,lets not stir the pot again.if i had wanted a fast car i would have gotten the V8.i got the latest model year 5th gen i could,wanted the RS trim level,CPO certified and and good condition.found what i wanted with only 8000 miles on it.as a bonus its faster than a few old school smallblocks.

sorry have to say im a v8 guy and come from a long line of v8 owners, my wife also wouldnt have it any other way and at the moment her car is faster than mine, but i have my xmas wish list in

ive had plenty of V8s over the years.big blocks,small blocks,modded and stock.but im not out burning tires and racing anymore,so the six shooter is fine for me.if youre enjoying the V8,im good with that,we have no arguement.

Dont waste your time.....those that dont get it never will. You can talk till the cows come home but people just wont understand. Gotta love the v6 crowd that have more balls then cylinders trash talking.

wow,that got ugly fast.after enough years with big blocks,headers and duals and loud rock and roll my ears ring all the time.im enjoying a quiet car that doesnt attract attention from the local cops,but to each his own.

Only a few V6 owners trash talk, Just like only a few V8 owners do... Some people never grow out of it.. I guess it makes them feel superior in some way, but in reality they just look like a bunch of fools.
