Need help installing throttle arm

Has anyone installed throttle arm on cowl induction? The area where it goes is real tight for space to work.doesnt look like there is enough to grab at the end of gas pedal rod to attach.

I would say yes.
I believe the cross ram set up goes down the middle of the carbs. The single carb set up may be more to the driver's side?

I've had many different intakes and carb set ups on my '68. The arm that connects to the firewall is stock and has worked with all of them.

I thought the cross ram used a cable? I know that the cowl induction hood arm is specific. Not sure if there is one specific to that hood and manifold combination.?.?
