Add color to CAMARO lettering on wheels?
Has anyone colored in the Camaro lettering on the wheels?
What would be the best way to do it? Vinyl, Plastidip, or paint?

I thought about it but not sure how it would look with the wheel in motion.

Don't think you could Plasti-Dip since it's an intention. Even if you taped it off, it would be pretty tough to get it to look right.
If it were me, I'd mask them off and paint them by hand with an artist's brush and acrylic paint. That way, if you don't like it, a good power washing will take it off. If you like it, you can power wash the acrylic off and put a more permanent paint (Enamel) in using the same method. |
