i could see an upgrade of seats only no interior lighting, it could make things much simpler, but would also cost chevy quite a few 2ss sales. so its a wash really personally i want all the technology, i know there are things i dont need on the car but my family has always felt that the more loaded you buy the vehicle the longer you enjoy it overall

That's a great point. I hate peer pressure... but all of my friends are telling me to make sure and get the best you can get. Because a few years from now, when you're still making your payments, at least you'll still enjoy the vehicle.

I'd imagine at that price eventually aftermarket companies will clone it and sell it cheaper

And thanks for the pricing sheet - this site is the best!!!!

Haha. You could also quote Sam from the Transformers movie when you're heading to the dealer with your parents.

Sam to Dad: "I love you handsome man".

See where that gets you.

I'd love to see a link that provides details on the "1" and "2" variants of the SS. Right now I'm thinking 2SS + RS + Boston Acoustics = $35,125.

Boston Acoustics already comes with that package. Take that off and get your new price.

those 21"s are OK but i sell wheels man..the price is just rediculous.,, and 21" inch tires are just expensive.. there are tons of wheels that look like that already.. but not often in 21"s... personally its soooo not worth it.. i sell brand new 20"s with NITTO tires mounted&balenced&locks from 900.00-1,700(brand new) legit and 22"s with nittos mounted& etc from 1,500-2,300. brand new.. and all kinds of other sizes but we're not talking about that.. i think i can squeeze 22"s on the back of that thing,, i got some nice 22x9 rear and 22x8.5 front wheels in mind oo i cant wait..

Ha Ha I was right. 33,690 for a GTO and I predicted the Camaro would be pretty darn close.

Oh yeah, I'm well aware (I know you meant a piece, not a set too for those prices) - I don't realistically expect to pay less than 8k for some nice wide 2/3-piece forged 22s(rear)/21s(front) mounted... (don't expect to spend less than $1500 on zrated run-flats that tall/wide either). Don't want to pay those prices - the rim business is a rip-off if you ask me (unless you race and get hand built products)

But there are also el cheepo companies out there that clone wheels quickly and efficiently - especially with new cars with this high of an expected production run - and I would expect some variant, if not almost exact clone of GMPPs rims - especially when they've had pictures of it out this long

The 21 option is too pricy ( who are they kidding) and too narrow. Need at least 10 inch wide in the rear, and 8.5 - 9.0 in the front. 305 series in the rear should be a good all around compromise. I bet $2000 - tops.

I am in the process of ordering!

First thanks so much for keeping this site so up to date. It is helping me negotiate, but with one hitch. The dealership is not getting the information as fast as you. They are trying to keep up and with me storming the showroom floor I hope I am not being to annoying to them.

So I am putting together the price of the SS RS I am ordering and the only list price I am missing is the catback exhaust and the airbox. Any clue on those?
