Were on a roll Jason from Lingenfelter shipped me a 2-step to test. I hope it works better then the MSD module that I tried.

Got lot's to do soon! 12 bolt arrives from DSS on the 20th going to try to get it Pumpkin by the end of the day so I can get it broke in before I beat on it. Probably put the 2-step in tomorrow and do a driveway test. Only a few more Street Legal Nights left in the schedule. Want to lower that 11.98 pass in the good fall DA.

Interduced the Lingenfelter LNC-003 into the ignition system yesterday and it all seems good so far. I don't feel any misfire or backfire on deceleration like the MSD module. I located the box down below the master cylinder on hook and loop tape for easy access for changing settings. This was also as far away I could get the box from the ignition wires as well.

I now have a second manifold to send off to Rhino to work his magic. Big thanks to Crudejewel for lending me his extra manifold. Makes the project easier to just swap out the current one for the ported one.

I'm assuming it will be all good once I hook up the activation wire from the CTAP. The problem before was Pumpkin would not go faster then 13.00 with the MSD module in the system. It was messing with the ignition system some how. Engine code showed misfire on #5 and #7. I did try a 6000 rpm 1st to 2nd shift and Pumpkin was sideways on the street tires when I hit 2nd. Pretty sure it's running on all 8 now.
Be pulling out the stock diff Thursday and putting in the Hammer Head on Friday should have a bullet proof rear end then.

Just stripping down manifold to send down to Rhino. Does anybody know what the extra cover and insulation is all about? Seems to me it would want to hold in extra heat in the manifold.

Today is day one of two for the Hammerhead 12 bolt installation in Pumpkin. Will just be pulling out the stock one today as UPS has the new diff scheduled for delivery tomorrow morning. Will also be making the final connections of the Lingenfelter CTAP to LNC-003 2 step and preparing my laptop and SCT tunner for data logging for Ted.
