A good dealer will fill the tank, sometimes you have to ask nicely!!!

I'm in the 12/3 TPW group. I started a thread in the Ordering/Tracking section. Can't wait!

Yeah. This will be the longest I've ever waited for a new car (which, sadly, isn't saying much for me).

What color did you go with? Any planned mods?

I wonder if it takes longer to get it if you live further out, let's say East or West coast? I live 3 1/2 hrs from the Chicago where the train will dump some off. Obviously, the transport truck will have other stops before it gets to me, just thinking the closer you are to Canada and the train route, the quicker it gets delivered. Who knows???? Wishful thinking I'm sure!!

My dealer told me that my order had a TPW of 12/3 but when I try and track it on the site or through gmconnects it says it cannot locate order information.

Are the systems up to date or only when production starts? My number is QRMP46

Your dealer can give you a print out of your order. Under Model/Order Information on the print out, it says Event Description, there it will tell you what stage your car is at. Mine is at 3000, which means Accepted By Production Control.

Yeah, 2 days and some 1LE's will begin to come together. Next you'll get a vin (ask Becky) and if it matters to you, go to your DMV, and request a special plate for that sweet ride!
