Where are the magazine articles about the SS Camaro?
I was just a Hasting and I don't see any article about the SS Camaro. I think the Hot Rod article isn't what I am interested in....it isn't what I can afford!!! I need the meat and potatoes about what the car Folks think about the standard and manual transmission SS versions.
I am missing out on the information, Road and Track and Motor Trend has the 2010 GT Mustang and the 370 Z. The Camaro is missing in action. |

Camaro won't be released until late spring and full media reviews are usually held under wraps until a date set by the manufacturer which is usually right around launch. The early reviews we got for the V6 were the result of a rare decision by GM to let journalists play with some mules.

We were told that the magazines would get SS's to test late in 2008. So articles should be right around the corner. Probably in the March editions of MT, R&T, etc.

The Camaro is like a Unicorn, until the media catches one, you won't see any articles written about it.......

Motortrend had a small article on the Camaro Convertible in Feb 09 Magazine.
....but overall most magazines have nothing. Sucks, but that's why you come here. |

The Motortrend with the Yellow V6 on the cover (I want to say 9/08?) was at the barber shop I went to this weekend. A guy picked it up and went straight for that article. He had never really seen it before. You could tell he fell in love.

I can't believe the amount of people that have NO CLUE about the new Camaro. Not only do they not know what it looks like, but they didn't even know it was going to be released.

They have had nothing to write about but speculation and limited set in stone info from GM. And we all know how frustrating that is from living on this site. The car is two months away from production. I'm sure between February and April (actual months not magazine issue months) articles will start popping up like Starbucks. And they will be written from a knelt position.
